Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress

• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems while multitasking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule and weekends
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a stable internet connection
• Emotional resilience and capacity to handle various caller needs
