Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention services, and maintain documentation while working remotely from Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Illinois residency required for remote work
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
• Must have a distraction-free, private office space with a locking door and reliable internet connection
