Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and ensure high-quality service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems
• Emotional resilience and exceptional communication skills
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
