Job Summary

Providing empathetic telephonic support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services while working remotely from Illinois, engaging with individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional telephonic support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Illinois residency required for remote work
