Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention services, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from Illinois.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while using multiple software systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Residency in Illinois is required for remote work
