To drive sales and client engagement, the full-time Illinois Licensed Crop Insurance Agent will meet established sales goals, utilize marketing tools for results-oriented activities, and maintain a notable book of business while working remotely.

• Meets established annual sales goals

• Collaborates across teams to grow and service the client portfolio

Required qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty License
• Crop Insurance License
• 5+ years in an insurance sales role
• Preferred: Experience in farming or ranching
• Preferred: Involvement with Future Farmers of America (FFA)
