Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support clients in navigating Medicare plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from sales agents for third-party verification
- Verify client information and conduct HRA/MCA assessments
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their new plans and present options for mail order pharmacy
Required Qualifications
- Active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional required certifications/licenses
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and call center tools
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare regulations and policies
- Commitment to ongoing education and training related to Medicare
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not required
