Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from sales agents for third-party verification
- Verify client information and conduct HRA/MCA assessments
- Provide information about carrier mail order pharmacy options and answer client questions
Required Qualifications
- Active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional required certifications/licenses
- Experience with CRM software and call center tools
- Understanding of Medicare regulations and policies
- Commitment to ongoing education regarding Medicare changes
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not required
