Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Illinois Licensed Customer Care Specialist will manage inbound calls from sales agents, verify client information, and conduct assessments to support seniors in selecting Medicare plans.

Key responsibilities
  • Accept internal inbound calls from sales agents to conduct third-party verification
  • Verify client's information and confirm intent to enroll in Medicare plans
  • Present options for Carrier mail order pharmacy and answer customer inquiries regarding their new plans
Required qualifications
  • Active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional certifications as required by CMS
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Medicare Enrollment tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of Medicare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare information clearly to clients
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training related to Medicare regulations
