Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Customer Care Specialist will manage inbound calls from sales agents, verify client information for Medicare enrollment, and conduct assessments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Accept and manage inbound calls from sales agents for third-party verification
- Verify client information and confirm intent to enroll in Medicare plans
- Conduct HRA/MCA assessments and provide information on carrier mail order pharmacy options
Required qualifications
- Active Resident Health Insurance License and any additional CMS-required certifications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Medicare Enrollment tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for organizing customer information
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare regulations and procedures
- Ability to clearly explain complex healthcare information to clients
