Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Life & Health (Veterinary-Focused).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and carriers professionally and timely
  • Process client requests, policy changes, and updates received via various communication channels
  • Maintain accurate customer service documentation in the CRM system and identify opportunities for process improvement


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience required
  • Insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry experience preferred
  • Life & Health license (IL) preferred or ability to obtain
