Job Summary
To support a growing customer service team, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to retention, billing inquiries, and cross-selling while consistently meeting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain above-average Quality Assurance monitoring scores
- Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics for customer service and retention
- Provide accurate information to member inquiries and utilize technical resources effectively
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois Life and Health License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment
- Retention experience preferred
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
