Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls for retention, billing questions, and customer service
- Maintain above average Quality Assurance monitoring scores and meet departmental performance metrics
- Continuously improve product knowledge and attend training classes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Illinois Life and Health license
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment
- Retention experience is desired
- Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
