Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls for retention, billing questions, and customer service
  • Maintain above average Quality Assurance monitoring scores and meet departmental performance metrics
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and attend training classes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Active Illinois Life and Health license
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Retention experience is desired
  • Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
