Illinois Licensed Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing closed-door long-term care pharmacy, the hybrid Illinois Licensed Data Entry Pharmacy Technician will accurately enter and process prescription orders while providing excellent customer service to residents and communities during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Interpreting and entering prescription orders into pharmacy systems
• Providing exemplary customer service via phone and email
• Adjudicating insurance claims and resolving resident issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
• Knowledge of FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM is a plus
• Timely and accurate data entry skills
