Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Digital Care Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide digital care to a diverse patient population through technology
• Conduct comprehensive symptom assessments and deliver patient education and psychosocial support
• Collaborate with care team members to promote quality of care and act as a patient advocate

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing
• 2 years of recent RN experience
• RN licensure in Illinois required before hire; Michigan RN License required within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and strong analytical skills
• Ability to type 60 WPM; typing test will be administered
