Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Digital Triage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide digital care through technology to a diverse patient population
Conduct comprehensive symptom assessments and offer patient education and support
Collaborate with care team members to promote quality of care and act as a patient advocate

Required Qualifications

Education: Associate degree in nursing
Experience: 2 years of recent RN experience
Licensure/Certification: RN licensure in IL required before hire; Michigan RN License required within 6 months of hire
Other Skills/Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft software and ability to type 60 WPM
