Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Digital Triage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide digital care and comprehensive symptom assessments to patients
Educate patients on preventative care and offer acute psychosocial support
Collaborate with care team members to promote quality of care and act as a patient advocate

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing
2 years of recent RN experience
RN licensure in Illinois required before hire; Michigan RN License within 6 months of hire
Proficiency with Microsoft software and ability to type 60 WPM
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a detail-oriented environment
