Illinois Licensed Discovery Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a national litigation team, the part-time Illinois Licensed Discovery Paralegal will manage investigations, collections, and the organization of discovery databases in a flexible, hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Under the supervision of attorneys, perform investigation and collection duties for litigation discovery requests
• Obtain and manage client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for each case
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information in accordance with best records management practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
