Job Summary
Seeking Illinois Licensed Doctors of Optometry, the remote opportunity allows full-time or part-time Independent Contractors to conduct comprehensive eye exams using patented technology, providing flexibility and support while generating prescriptions for eyewear.
Key responsibilities
- Examine patients remotely in the states where licensed, utilizing advanced tele-optometry technology
- Communicate effectively with patients through specialized video conferencing tools
- Collaborate with Ophthalmic Technicians to analyze eye health and generate eyewear prescriptions
Required qualifications
- Current Illinois state license as a Doctor of Optometry
- Experience with remote patient examinations is preferred
- Availability for at least 2 days a week, including Saturdays on an every-other-week basis
- Multiple state licenses are a plus
- Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
