Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dosimetrist in Radiation Oncology for casual night shifts, primarily remote, with specific residency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop computer-generated radiation dose distributions and calculate treatment times as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and equipment checks under the direction of the Medical Dosimetry Manager

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Dosimetry school or a certified radiation therapist with 2+ years of training as a Medical Dosimetrist
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel for educational purposes if needed
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of CMS, Eclipse, or Tomo Therapy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Board certified preferred; if not, must be board eligible with certification required within 3 years
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Radiation Therapy, Math, or Physics
