Job Summary

Supporting pregnant patients and new mothers, the contract Illinois Licensed Doula will provide virtual health coaching and educational support while working alongside the Care Delivery manager to enhance patient engagement and adherence to care protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
• Ensure patient participation and adherence for both pregnant patients and new mothers
• Track and monitor patient compliance with recommended care protocols as defined by healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certification is required
• Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT) certification is required
• Experience with web and mobile technologies
• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Telehealth experience is a plus
