Job Summary

To coordinate high-quality pharmaceutical services, the full-time Illinois Licensed eClinical Pharmacist will review prescriptions, analyze drug therapy, and consult with medical staff while working onsite in Peoria, Illinois, with a variable shift schedule including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Review and clarify prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Analyze drug therapy and consult with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Coordinate the delivery of pharmaceutical services to diverse patient populations

Required qualifications

• Illinois Licensed Pharmacist (PHRM) certification
• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
• 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Board Certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties preferred
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
