Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Group Account Manager on their Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate ongoing service delivery
• Build personalized client relationships and create proposals summarizing programs and options
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage new business and renewal processes, ensuring accurate client file maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Life and Health Insurance State License required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance carrier, benefits administration, or insurance brokerage preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of health plans and employee benefit regulations
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including strong skills in financial spreadsheets
