Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Litigation Attorney with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend against discrimination claims and wage/hour class action claims
• Handle trade secret violations and breaches of confidentiality agreements
• Manage motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and summary judgment in court

Required Qualifications

• Admission to the Bars of the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
• Experience in employment law litigation
• Proven ability to manage assigned cases independently
• Familiarity with FLSA, IMWL, IWPCA, and BIPA regulations
• Experience with collaborative work in a legal team environment
