Illinois Licensed Endocrinologist

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time 1099 Illinois Licensed Endocrinologist will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while working evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship and board eligibility in Endocrinology
• Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire
• An active, unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state
