Illinois Licensed Epic Beaker Analyst

Job Summary

To support a comprehensive academic medical center, the full-time Senior Epic Beaker Analyst will analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and lead projects while working in a hybrid environment based in the greater Chicagoland area.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs and document requirements in standard format
• Develop or revise system logic and configurations to address complex problems
• Act as a team leader for projects with moderate budgets and mentor other analysts

Required qualifications

• Epic Beaker certification or alternate LIS certification/experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within an application team
• BS or BA degree in computer science, business, or equivalent relevant certification
• Demonstrated expertise in information systems software implementation
• Experience in business process mapping and defining software requirements
