Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Officer to facilitate smooth real estate transactions remotely in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and legal documents to identify and resolve issues affecting transactions
• Prepare closing documents and conduct closings in accordance with state regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate is a plus
• 3+ years of direct experience in escrow, title services, and real estate transactions
• Notary certification preferred
• Active Escrow Officer license is a plus
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures specific to the market
