Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Illinois Licensed Estate Attorney, the full-time position will manage probate disputes, guardianship matters, and estate litigation in a fully remote, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle contested and uncontested probate, estate, and guardianship matters
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct legal research and advise clients on litigation strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in probate litigation, trust & estate disputes, and guardianship matters
• Strong experience handling both adult and minor guardianship cases
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven, remote environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
