Job Summary

Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Illinois Licensed Executive Loan Officer will guide homebuyers through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination while working remotely in Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Establish and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue
• Represent the brand at community functions to support business development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of obtaining referrals
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of 3 years of success in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
