Job Summary

To support a busy practice in Bartlett, Illinois, the full-time on-site Illinois Licensed Family Medicine NP/PA will provide comprehensive outpatient care, combining virtual and in-person consultations, while collaborating with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care for patients of all ages, including virtual support for neighboring offices
• Participate in a call structure, managing office calls and weekend coverage every six weeks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging a robust health system network for referrals and support

Required qualifications

• Current Illinois licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program; a master's degree is preferred
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire
• Preferred: Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
