Required qualifications

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and compassion in healthcare delivery
• Technologically savvy with experience using mobile devices and HIPAA secure messaging apps
