Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Preservation Case Manager to work with children and families involved with DCFS.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess needs and strengths of children and families involved with DCFS
• Develop individualized goals for safety, stability, and family preservation
• Link families to appropriate services, resources, and treatment supports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Human Services field with relevant experience
• CWEL license required
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and active automobile insurance
• Ability to obtain an Illinois Driver's License within thirty days of hire if relocating
