Job Summary
To support a growing Eating Disorders Program, the remote Illinois Licensed Family Therapist will conduct family and support sessions, facilitate interpersonal skills groups, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure effective care for adult patients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate family and support system sessions to address disordered behaviors and provide psychoeducation
- Conduct interpersonal and family-focused skills groups to enhance patient support and communication
- Coordinate care with primary therapists and contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care
Required qualifications
- Master's level therapist or psychologist, independently licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience delivering family or couples therapy
- Experience treating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, or depression preferred
- Background in PHP, IOP, residential, or inpatient settings is advantageous
- Working knowledge of eating disorder treatment and co-occurring conditions
