Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, FDA Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on FDA regulatory matters including product approvals, labeling, and post-market compliance
• Support interactions with the FDA, including responding to inquiries and participating in regulatory filings
• Draft and review complex legal documents and conduct legal research on FDA regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience practicing FDA law at a major law firm or public corporation
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with top academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in Illinois or able to become licensed in Illinois
• Strong business and legal judgment with a focus on balancing risks and rewards
• Ability to stay informed of emerging legal developments and industry trends
