Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Manage legal entity financial statements and collaborate cross-functionally to validate financial data
• Support the technical accounting function and assist in researching new financial reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant or actively pursuing professional licensure
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in public accounting, preferably in a medium to large international organization
• Familiarity with statutory reporting, technical accounting, and applicable standards such as US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OneStream
