Seeking an Illinois Licensed Foreclosure Attorney, the full-time position will manage a high-volume caseload, represent clients in court hearings, and prepare legal documents, with hybrid or remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients at court hearings across multiple counties
• Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of practicing law
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois
• Familiarity with foreclosure and bankruptcy processes and procedures
• Licensed in federal court or willing to obtain licensure
