Job Summary

To support a rapidly expanding telehealth practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Functional Medicine Physician will conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and diagnostic tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience practicing functional medicine
• Experience in functional and integrative medicine settings preferred
• Must have (or be able to obtain) an Illinois chiropractic license
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a patient-first attitude
