Job Summary

To support a thriving outpatient practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Functional Nutrition Dietitian will provide individualized nutrition counseling and assessments remotely while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing support through 1:1 client sessions
• Building rapport with clients to ensure regular and consistent nutrition sessions
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

Required qualifications

• Registered dietitian licensed to practice in their home state
• 1-2 years of nutrition counseling experience and/or a specialized functional training certification
• Commitment to high-quality, individualized nutrition counseling
• Experience in collaborating with outpatient clinicians
• Excellent communication skills
