Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Adult Group Therapist (Evening).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy to patients in a safe and therapeutic environment
• Develop effective therapeutic group relationships that promote positive change
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including CBT and DBT, and engage in crisis management as needed

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist or Master's level therapist (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Core skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Prior experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential settings (preferred, not required)
• Passion for facilitating group therapy and working collaboratively
• Ability to create and update treatment plans and chart in electronic medical records
