Illinois Licensed Group Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing program, the remote Illinois Licensed Group Therapist will facilitate evidence-based group therapy for patients with eating disorders, provide therapeutic support during meals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy groups using CBT-E, DBT, ACT, and other relevant modalities
• Provide therapeutic support during meals, including direct observation and post-meal coaching
• Communicate clinical observations and contribute to case formulations during team rounds

Required qualifications

• Master's level therapist or psychologist with eligibility for a clinical license in Illinois
• At least 1 year of post-Master's clinical experience or relevant internship
• Experience treating eating disorders is strongly preferred
• Background in PHP, IOP, residential, or inpatient settings is preferred
• Passion for facilitating group therapy and working collaboratively in high acuity environments
