Illinois Licensed Health Insurance Manager
Job Summary
To support an established book of individual health insurance clients, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Health Insurance Account Manager will manage client relationships, assist with ACA plan evaluations, and provide ongoing enrollment support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for ACA health insurance clients, addressing inquiries and service requests
- Guide clients through the enrollment and renewal processes, conducting annual plan reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements
Required qualifications
- Active Health and Accident Insurance License
- Previous experience with ACA Marketplace or individual health insurance products
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated client portfolio
