Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Business Manager (Employee Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses, including pricing strategies and reserve calculations
• Lead vendor procurement strategy and analyze benefit plan designs
• Provide consulting services in pricing, reserving, and financial projections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits, preferably at a consulting firm
• Able to acquire a state life and health license within 90 days of start date
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel and actuarial concepts
• Experience with SAS, VBA, or other coding languages is advantageous
