Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of HIM Coding IP.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct coding activities for patient health information
• Monitor workflows and manage performance indicators to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Provide daily staff supervision, scheduling, and training for effective department operations

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: COC, CCS-P, CCS, RHIT, CIC, RHIA, CPC
• Education: Associate's Degree in a related field or healthcare
• Experience in health information management
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding
• Ability to analyze regulatory information and implement changes
