Job Summary

Seeking an Illinois Licensed Hormone Health Provider, the part-time MD or DO will focus on hormone health, including Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and thyroid conditions, while working remotely for at least 16 hours per week, preferably with evening or weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Prescribe nutraceuticals and medications, monitoring their effectiveness
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO with a focus on Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Formal training and experience in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) strongly preferred
• Active Illinois medical and DEA licenses required
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per week, including evening or weekend shifts
• Providers based in AZ, CO, FL, IL, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, and VA are preferred
