Job Summary

Seeking an Illinois Licensed Hormone Health Provider (MD or DO), the full-time position will focus on hormone health, including Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and thyroid conditions, while conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Focus on hormone health, primarily BHRT and thyroid conditions, while managing medication
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO with a focus on Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Formal training and experience in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) preferred
• Active Illinois medical and DEA licenses required
• Ability to work at least 16-20 hours per week, including evening shifts
• Energetic personality with a commitment to patient-first service and confidentiality
