Job Summary
Teaching up to 27.5 hours per week, the part-time Illinois Licensed Hospitality Instructor will deliver courses in hospitality leadership, manage student assessments, and contribute to program improvement while working both remotely and onsite in Skokie, IL.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging lectures on hospitality topics
- Evaluate student progress and maintain records for academic reporting
- Organize field outings and participate in professional development activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
- Two years of related work experience or specialized training in hospitality
- Ability to facilitate project-based learning and assist student growth
- Commitment to attending quarterly instructor in-service meetings
