Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment and family-based immigration petitions and applications, including PERM, I-140s, and NIV filings
• Gather, organize, and maintain supporting documentation and case materials
• Track case progress and manage deadlines using immigration case management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience, preferably with PERM matters
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems
