Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and retrieve compliance documentation for renewals, invoices, and deliverables
Support in initiating renewals, processing invoices, and resolving premium account discrepancies
Mentor junior staff and ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs and client deliverables

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of commercial insurance experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
Experience in a fast-paced, output-driven environment
Must maintain or obtain an appropriate insurance broker's license within 6 months of hire
