Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and retrieve compliance documentation for renewals, invoices, and deliverables
- Support in initiating renewals, processing invoices, and resolving premium account discrepancies
- Mentor junior staff and ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs and client deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- Experience in a fast-paced, output-driven environment
- Must maintain or obtain an appropriate insurance broker's license within 6 months of hire
