Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent - Sales who will report to the Supervisor, Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through products and services, answering questions and resolving concerns
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into customers
• Provide claims assistance and support clients in the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Maintain understanding of federal and state regulations for compliance
