Job Summary
To support a growing Insurance Coverage and Litigation Practice, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Insurance Coverage Attorney will manage a litigation caseload, analyze complex coverage issues, and draft various legal documents while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Analyze insurance policies and evaluate complex coverage issues
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and other coverage-related correspondence
Required qualifications
- Admission to practice in Illinois required; Indiana admission is a plus
- 2+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance coverage litigation experience
- Experience with professional liability coverage and Directors & Officers (D&O) liability coverage
- Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
